The prices include one bathroom only, cleaning of additional bathrooms is charged extra. The duration is an estimate only. Additional rooms (e.g., office rooms) are considered as bedrooms. Rates for recurring service (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) apply starting from the second appointment. The prices do not include taxes.

Is it possible for me to provide specific directions for the cleaning of my home?
We encourage you to share any additional instructions for the cleaning of your apartment. At Lime Cleaning, we aim to fully meet customer needs, so please feel free to provide any specific instructions you deem necessary when making a booking.
I have pet(s) at home, is it ok?
We adore pets, but please inform us about your pets during the booking process, as some of our workers may have health reactions to them.
What should I know before booking a service with you?
When choosing a time, you are designating the beginning of a one-hour arrival window. For instance, if you choose 9 AM, your service professional(s) will arrive between 9 AM and 10 AM. The service duration begins upon their arrival, not before. If you require a more exact arrival time, please contact us.
Do you bring your cleaning products, a vacuum cleaner and a mop?
We provide all the necessary cleaning products for a thorough home cleaning, aside from a vacuum cleaner, mop, bucket, step stool, and toilet bowl brush. Our cleaners can bring a mop if requested in advance. For Move In / Move Out Cleaning and Post-Construction / Renovation Cleaning appointments, we can bring a vacuum cleaner if requested in advance.
How much do I pay for cleaning outside your regular working hours?
Any hours outside our regular schedule will incur double charges. Such specialized cleaning requests require advance booking to ensure availability.

How can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
You can cancel or reschedule your booking by contacting us. It's important to be aware that rescheduling or canceling within 48 hours before the scheduled cleaning will result in a cancellation fee of $40 (per cleaner), and within 24 hours, a fee of $80 (per cleaner) will be charged. This is because our cleaners are committed to your scheduled cleaning and may lose work opportunities due to last-minute cancellations or rescheduling.
How do I leave a tip?
Tips are highly appreciated but are not required. You can give cash directly to your cleaner. You can also contact us and we will charge your card the amount of tip.
Is it necessary for me to personally let the cleaner(s) in or remain present throughout the entire cleaning session?
The choice is yours. Just ensure you give us detailed instructions so that we know how to gain access to your home. During the booking process, there will be a space for you to provide any notes.
Is it possible for me to ask for a particular cleaner?
Customers can make a preferred cleaner request during booking process. It's important to note that selecting a specific cleaner may limit the availability for your next cleaning, as it depends on when that particular cleaner is available.
What if a cleaning professional requires more time than initially scheduled to finish the job?
At Lime Cleaning, we make every effort to estimate the necessary hours for your job. However, given the unique nature of each home and job, your cleaner(s) may require more time than initially booked. If you are comfortable with the cleaner spending extra time at your home, kindly let the cleaner finish their job. If you booked cleaning on an hourly basis, reach out to us to update the booking, and we will provide information on the additional cost.
How does your satisfaction guarantee work?
In the unlikely scenario that you are not entirely satisfied with our service, please reach out to us for resolution within 24 hours from the cleaning session. We will arrange for a cleaner to address the specific areas that may have been overlooked, ensuring your satisfaction with the service's quality. It's important to note that this re-service is focused on addressing any missed areas and will not include a complete re-cleaning of your entire apartment or house. Lime Cleaning's policy is to send a cleaner for a re-clean within 5 days of the initial service. To request a re-clean, please email photographs of the overlooked areas to info@limecleaning.co within 24 hours from the initial cleaning session.
How do I pay for cleaning services?
We process all payments online through a secure portal. We accept all major debit and credit cards. We do not take personal checks.
Is there a cancellation/rescheduling fee?
You can cancel or reschedule your booking by contacting us. It's important to be aware that canceling or rescheduling within 48 hours before the scheduled cleaning will result in a cancellation fee of $40 (per cleaner), and within 24 hours, a fee of $80 (per cleaner) will be charged. This is because our cleaners are committed to your scheduled cleaning and may lose work opportunities due to last-minute cancellations or rescheduling. If our cleaner arrived, but could not access your home or if your home is in a heavy condition or bug- or rodent-infested, we reserve the right to leave you premises and you will be charged full booking fee. For more details please see Article 6 of the Terms of Service.
